We all want to be 'happy', right ... but what does that mean?.
I want to help you 'be happy'.
By first figuring out what 'happy' means to you, (your goals)
Then, by showing you how to stick to long terms goals (5 keys to your brain)
Then, the life long journey that is your life.
We're going to try to help you incorporate what you want into your daily life. Just like churches already do. And you can keep doing those, this can be adding on to anything you already do, or replace bad habits you no longer want.
We'll call ourselves 'Good People in Progress'. We'll work on it a little bit every day, even if it's it just to check in and pat yourself on the back
