You wake up everyday, and you do stuff everyday.  So the plan is to tweak that stuff you do everyday.  Nothing big and crazy, just stuff that is small and makes sense.

First we have to establish some common language, a common way of looking at things.

1 - Read/Watch the '5 keys'.  This is like the user manual for the brain.  The unified theory of why we do what we do.  If you think it's wrong, offer a suggestion so we can get it right.

2 - Think about something you want to do better.  This is your 'Good Person Project'.  What do you think you need to do to be a 'good person'?  Write these down somewhere.

3 - Check out what I'm doing to see if you want to copy anything.  Offer me suggestions in the areas I'm looking to improve, or in other areas you think I could be doing better.

4 - Make your own list of what you're doing and what you want to be doing.

5 - Have 5-10 things you grade yourself on every night. See my patreon site for a way to help you with this.
