Ok, so I read a lot of tips and tricks.  Top 10 things to ... eat/buy/not buy/do in order to ... be happier/sleep better/save money/make money/save the planet ...

I also listen to every TED talk podcast as they come out.

We all want to be a 'Good Person', or 'live the best we can', right?

So we read these articles and listen to these podcasts.  But how can we fit it all in?  Some of this stuff is even contradictory.

Over the years I have tried to incorporate what I've heard.  Now I'm going to be a bit more methodical about it.

I'm going to call it the 'Good Person Project' #GPP

RPM - Result, Purpose, Massive Action

Presumably all advice has some applicability.  I'm going to try to figure out how to put it all together.

First I'll start writing down what I've already done.

Then in January 2019 I'll do a TED talk a day from Jan 1 - Jan 21, and see what I can add to my chart.

Then in February I'll try a book.

We'll see how it goes
